335 Main Street Committee
The Committee shall:
1. Review available information and conduct additional research on the property (Lot 174, as found on Assessors Map 14, updated 3/1/02) including:
¨ Feasibility of different options for use.
¨ Architectural cost estimates and options
¨ Zoning/environmental and public health constraints
¨ Public input in the form of letters and audience participation at regular meetings.
2. Hold Public Hearing(s) to review information (as above) with the public.
3. Develop options for use with a rough cost estimate (from a feasibility study)
4. Hold Public Hearing(s) to get public response to the options
5. Continue to inform the Board of Selectmen of the Committee’s progress
6. Consider generally the revitalization of the Central Village, as they deem appropriate.
7. Communicate directly with and request review as appropriate by the Building and Needs Assessment Committee, the Planning Board, the Housing Authority, the Local Housing Partnership, the Historical Commission, the Finance Committee, the Cultural Council, the Recreation Committee and the Chamber of Commerce.
