Voted: to establish a Beach Study Committee for the purpose of making recommendations to the Board of Selectmen and Town Administrator for the operation and management of the Town Beaches; the Beach Study Committee to consist of seven (7) members appointed by the Board of Selectmen and to include two people familiar with the operation and management of the Beach program, the Wellfleet Police Chief, two members of the general Wellfleet business community, and 2 members at large.

To see if the Town will vote to amend Article 26 of the 1990 Annual Town Meeting which established the Beach Study Committee by changing the composition of the Committee from “two people familiar with the operation and management of the Beach program, the Wellfleet Police Chief, two members of the general Wellfleet business community and two members at large” to “six members at large and the Wellfleet Police Chief” or do or act anything thereon.
